1)      RESIDENCE

a)      Minimum of  one year at current address

b)      Verifiable with name of landlord and rent receipt

c)      If living with parents, must show utility bill from parents

d)      Minimum rent factor of $250 will be used if living with family

2)      EMPLOYMENT

a)      Minimum of one year at present job

b)      Pre-printed pay stubs with year-to-date income

c)      Similar field of work for two years or two years higher education in related field

3) INCOME – Minimum of $1200 per month
